MBA Executive will be good for you in comparison to regular full time 2 year MBA.

At MIT School of Business the course provided is Post Graduate Diploma in Management. MIT SOB is an autonomous institute like the IIMs and thus provide PGDM degree in area of Marketing, Finance & HR.
Placement is considerably good at MIT and also average package for current batch as of now is 4.5 lacs p.a. and the placement process is still under progress.

Both are equally good but XLRI is better in terms of brand value and salary offers.

Of course you are eligible to pursue MBA if you have completed your Bachelor's from a recognised university.

if you want to shift your program from PGDM to MBA then you have to shift before commencement of session.
