Hello Baldeep,
If you want to be a designer, some drawing skills are helpful, but are not essential. Drawing abilities aren't typically included in an overview of a video game designer position. However, designers often have some drawing abilities, which they use to sketch out characters and other visual images prior to implementing them in game design. The majority of game designing takes place using computers and software programmes.

ICAT offers M.Sc Game Technology - A two year full time Masters Degree awarded by Bharathiar University. The program allows a student to choose one of the following three elective subjects as a specialization. They are
1. Game Design
2. Game Programming
3. UI Design and Development
I can confidently say that as on date this is the only Masters program in India which has a UID specialization and is one of the fewest full-time Master degree programs offered in India.

In India, many institutions do not know the difference between Game Art, Game Design, Game Programming and Game Scripting. Except one or two premium colleges, the others have got a very weak curriculum which is a mixture of game art, game design and game programming. Or merely game art course which is misinformed as game design course. The B.Sc, BA, BFA do not matter at all. Depending on which university has given the validation, the courses are named as B.Sc BA or BFA. Hi,
It's not that easy to answer how much you will earn in game designing. Salary or earning depends on many factors i.e. Experience, Company, Job Role, Position, Location etc.
However the average earning can be predicted is between 15k to 1L /mo.
