Candidates with a valid GATE score are called for the GATE CCMT Counselling for the final admission round at NIT Surathkal. NIT Surathkal cutoff 2023 for MTecj VLSI has ranged between 614 and 665. Going as per the last year trend, candidates with 588 GATE score are not eligible for the NIT Surathkal admission to M.Tech VLSI. Candidates with a valid GATE score do not have to qualify in the entrance test, .As per the details, a student must have a GATE rank up to 200 or below for admission to M.Tech.this is the required GATEscore for admission to M.Tech in KCG College of Technology

MNIT Jaipur cutoff 2024 for admission to the M.Tech course was released for the Round 5. Considering the MNIT Jaipur last-round cutoff, the closing ranks for M.Tech ranged between 354 and 602. During MNIT Jaipur - Malaviya National Institute of Technology cutoff 2024, M.Tech. in Computer Engineering was the most competitive specialisation with a closing rank of 602 in the last round. For more specialisation, candidates can refer to the table given below to check the specialisation he/ she can get with 407 and above score :

The Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur admits students on the basis of valid GATE score for its MTech courses. IIEST Shibpur GATE cutoff 2023 was concluded after Round 6 for a few MTech specialisations. As per the IIEST Shibpur GATE cutoff 2023, the last round closing rank was ranged between 351 and 427, among which MTech in Structural Engineering was the most competitive specialisation. This is basis the last round closing rank for the General All India category students. No, admission to the M.Tech courses is only through GATE in NITs. There is no other provision for admission. Furthermore, after GATE, it is also crucial that the candidates with scores equal to or more than the cutoff take part in CCMT counselling. The final selection is based on merit in both selection rounds.

A valid GATE score is required for admission to the M.Tech programme in the case of regular (non-sponsored) candidates. The requirement of GATE score is waived off for the candidates with MBBS degree as well as for the BTech graduates from IITs with a minimum overall CPI of 6.5 and a minimum CPI of 8.0 in the last two years in BTech. Additionally, A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science (four-year programme) or a master's degree in Science with marks/ CPI not below the specified minimum is required for M.Tech admission.

The cut off for admission in MIT college of management is based on the category one falls in. If a candidate belongs from the general category he/she will get admission with the score of more than 50 in GATE for MIT College of Management . Also, if a candidate belongs from OBC category he or she will get admission with a scores of around 40 in GATE . In MIT College of Management if a candidate belongs from SC/ST category the cut off varies from 22 to 28.
