A variety of variables including the GATE cutoff for particular year your category (General, OBC SC/ST) and the number of seats available will determine whether you are admitted to the RGUKT Andhra Pradesh for M.Tech programme in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning with 45 GATE marks.
For competitive disciplines like AI and Machine Learning the GATE cutoff for general category candidates at prestigious universities like RGUKT often falls between 50 and 55 marks Your chances are increased if you fall into a reserved group where the cutoff may be lower.
Consider applying for the institute's spot admissions (if applicable) or

With a GATE score of 664 and an All India Rank (AIR) of 1364, there was a chance to compete in getting admission into IIT BHU for an M.Tech. program in AI, but competition can be stiff and this isn't guaranteed. Again, the cutoff varies yearly in M.Tech programs in consideration of the application process, number of vacant seats, and categorywise reservation. For a heavily competitive branch like AI, cutoff may be high too. Normally, candidates with a score in GATE ranging between 600 and 700 may go through further rounds like counseling. One should keep checking on IIT BHU official admission website for detailed cut off information.

A score of 10.33 marks in the GATE EEE exam significantly reduces the chances of obtaining admission to any IIT for any stream branch, as this is far below the usual cut-off marks for even the low-ranked ones; most probably, this score will not secure you any IIT admission.
good luck

Generally speaking, for a GATE score of 361, the chances for M.Tech in Structural Engineering at NIT Jamshedpur would depend on one's category admission and the cut-off marks for that specific year.
For a general category student the cut-off marks for Structural Engineering generally are quite high and range closer to 401 marks in the successive years. On the other hand, if you are belonging to any of OBC, SC or ST categories, then you may be able to make it, cut-offs are lower for these categories.
Of course, the admission is CCMT counseling based on GATE score, other aspects being availability of seats and competition using that

A number of variables, such as the particular program, the volume of applications, and the general performance of candidates in the GATE exam, might affect the Round 1 GATE scores needed for admission to M.Tech programs at IIT Bombay. Popular M.Tech specialisations including computer science, electronics, and structural engineering typically have quite high cutoff scores, typically between 600 and 750 out of 1000. The cutoff scores might be marginally lower for streams that are less competitive. Following the announcement of the GATE results, IIT Bombay usually makes available the official cutoff scores for each program, which are used
