Yes, NIT Uttarakhand offers a comprehensive M.Tech programme. It is a PG level course offered in full-time mode. The duration of this programme is two years. Students enrolled in it get to choose from various specialisations including, Structural Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, and more.  Admission to these courses is made based GATE socres.

During 2025 placements, the participating recruiters presented 59 job offers to the BTech and MTech Class of 2025. Out of the total 59 job offers, 56 were offered to the BTech students and 3 were offered to the MTech students of the 2025 batch. The key highlights of NIT Uttarakhand placements for the BTech and MTech Class of 2025 are presented below:
