Hi,
You can apply for Bachelor's degree programmes but it's going to be difficult in Germany since they don't accept Diplomas. Take the SAT to study in US or Singapore.Take the IELTS or TOEFL for English language requirements.

Depends on the University and the Currency. It's very expensive to study in abroad. But the certification is valid throughout the world. MBA is a good option but decide how you want to study it and where you want to study? It's actually a great choice.

Hi Subhrajit, you have not provided any information such as your percentile etc so not possible to mention which university you can apply to even. Talking about admission its the decision to to be taken by the university alone.
