Indian students aspiring to study MBBS in Germany need to score a minimum of 70% in the 12th standard. Preferable they also need to clear the first year of graduation. Scores of IELTS and TOEFL are mandatory. Proficiency in German language is an added advantage. A good academic record helps the students to procure admission in the reputed universities. A valid passport and a statement of purpose are required during admission.

It depends on what type of job you are planning to do. An automobile company and every company have several departments from front desk to higher management. Please decide what you want to do and study accordingly. Do remember by pursuing a course you won't get a job unless you have the relevant skills and knowledge. If you want to stick to technical core field you must obviously pursue a Masters in the field of your choice like automobiles, automotive design. Similarly if you want to go to the managerial side then choose MS Management.

Biotechnology has numerous opportunities abroad particularly in RnD. I will advice you to retake GRE if you can, try for a score above 310. MIT, Columbia University, Caltech, George Mason, University of Oxford, ETH Zurich etc. Visit the university websites for research opportunities in the field of your choice and write to them along with your research questions or proposal. They will get back to you if they like what you wrote. Follow up proactively with them.

With regards to PR, Australia is the better option. The country also offers work permit to international students. The University Of Melbourne, The University Of Sydney and The University Of New South Wales are world known. It is however a well known fact that USA is home to all the top universities. But there is little chance of PR options.
