University of Passau, University Heidelberg, TH Köln (University of Applied Sciences), RWTH Aachen, TU Munchen are some ideal options. Refer to DAAD website for a complete list and requirements. Eligibility varies, Germany overall is extremely competitive hence you would need an outstanding academic record, an IELTS or TOEFL score. German language knowledge will be beneficial. Is automotive software a good choice ? This is something you must answer, if it suits your career needs. As per reports the field is quite new and in - demand. Germany is a hub. So, if you do well you have bright prospects ahead.
