First you decide which country you want to go. Then decide which course you want to . then look for colleges offering those courses. the way you had asked the question you are not prepared yourselves for Abroad study.
Depends upon your budget and what you want to learn search for courses.

hy! if you want to persue MBA at GERMAN UNIVERSITY than their tution fees almost nil or very low like free university of berlin, university of Mannheim, Frankfurt business school are somewhat better options. But here i wanna tell you that if you want to considered technical courses there than GERMANY is better one.

Germany is better known for research, mechanical engineering studies. Canada in this sector leads. Ireland too has a major animation and gaming market, a lot of students do go to Ireland. You may consider Canada, Ireland, UK and anime leaders Japan.
