Please share your complete details in order to suggest you between those two countries. If you are planning for studies then definitely Germany is very good as it has top universities and also the job opportunities are really good.

First you decide which country you want to go. Then decide which course you want to . then look for colleges offering those courses. the way you had asked the question you are not prepared yourselves for Abroad study.
Depends upon your budget and what you want to learn search for courses.

hy! if you want to persue MBA at GERMAN UNIVERSITY than their tution fees almost nil or very low like free university of berlin, university of Mannheim, Frankfurt business school are somewhat better options. But here i wanna tell you that if you want to considered technical courses there than GERMANY is better one.

if you have 85% marks and required IELTS marks you can get free education.
