Hi Praveen,
Considering your budgetary constrains, France and Germany are good options. Canada is also a possibility if you aim for Scholarships. Given your score, I think you can easily get them. Even Ireland, there are opportunities for scholarships. As to which is the better country. For Engineering I would recommend you to widen your search a bit. Sweden and Netherlands are also incredibly good options. Some of the Universities like KTH of Sweden rank very high for electronics discipline and its relatively cheaper as well.

Hi
Not all universities offer MS course in English so if you don't have German language proficiency, your first filter will be that. Secondly, look for the specialization like RWTH, TUM offers.

Hey there! If you have completed your BTech why you want to pursue another BEng? Assuming that you are looking to pursue an MTech. you may want to consider UK/Ireland/USA/Australia/NZ. In Canada you may look at the one-yr PG Diploma. Germany has very high academic requirements. Hope this helps. Thanks!

Hi , typically universities in Germany and UK do not require additional tests such as GRE. However, yes do require TOEFL or IELTS from international students. Scholarships are given on merit basis and only a test score cannot define it. If you take GRE aim for a score of nothing less than 315 and IELTS scores above 7. Which field would be good for you is one thing you will know, you must decide what to study and then check for requirements. Are you planning to stick to chemical engineering or trying to shift to management?

It is not mandatory to know German to study MS in German Universities. But it is a necessity. You may chose universities conducting MS for international students. You will require german language knowledge for day to day interaction with locals. If medium of instructions in MS is German you need Advance German.

Hi Sai,
What is your bachelors' degree? Both Environment and Geology are good but would have been better had you been doing masters from France. For Germany - Safety Management is better.
