Dear Khushboo,
Its deepends on the University, in which University you want to take admission.
Some of them wants Gmat score or IELTS Score . So you have to visit to the University website and from there you will get full details.So first select University and go through their website and still if you have any doubts regarding the admission you can mail to them to the mention Email id or you call talk to the Admission cell.Best of Luck.!!

Though your cgpa is a bit lower than the average, you can still look at some of the lesser famous universities. Also, you need to have a good GMAT score and also a couple of years of work experience. Here is a link to help you get started with your search

-MS in data and knowledge Engineering
-MS Information engineering
