Yes, it's possible, but there are limits. A mini job is a part-time job with low pay (up to €538/month). If you already have a full-time job, you must tell your employer before taking another job. Also, you may have to pay more in taxes, depending on your total income.

Unskilled jobs in Germany like cleaning, warehouse helper, food delivery, or working in hotel and restaurants are easy to find mostly in big cities. Most of these jobs not really need a degree or any big experience, but if you can speak little German, that help a lot. You can try apply directly or also go through job agencies who help people find work.

Try to make a simple but good CV and connect on Linkedin and other jobs portal. You will also need to apply for a job seeker visa or work visa for Germany so you can move there in legal way.
