I am not too sure if I can insert every detail here. Admission requirements differs with universities and countries. Most universities require not more than two backlogs per sem.If you have a backlog Germany will be impossible as academic records is the most important factor. Improving your grades considerably if you have backlogs is crucial.

Surely, Germany continues to be one of the top choice for students planning to do Masters. You also have a good CGPA with good GRE score, you can find a seat in some of the top universities in Germany.

Your choice of country and university should be narrowed down by evaluating a number of things such as location, business school reputation, career outcomes, budget and so on. Remember that MBA courses are expensive. Germany and France are somewhat better options but that is my opinion. However, if you get through IESE, IE and ESADE in Spain, consider yourself lucky. Look at the business school websites located in these countries, check QS world ranking for the same and contact the admission advisors for placement assistance and international student status.
