Hello Mahipatsinh,
I am not too sure if I can insert every detail here. Admission requirements differs with universities and countries. Most universities require not more than two backlogs per sem.If you have a backlog Germany will be impossible as academic records is the most important factor. Improving your grades considerably if you have backlogs is crucial.

Higher studies in Germany are free for all students. So, you only need to spend on the cost of living. However, note that free education is available only in public colleges and universities, not private. So, if you work hard and aim to get admitted to the public universities in Germany, your education will be free of cost.

No tuition fee is charged from students who wish to pursue MBBS in Germany. Education in Germany is funded by the Federal Government. The students need to pay a minimum of Euros 500 for incurring expenses like purchasing books and other academic materials. Language training in the country can cost up to Euros 5000.

The chances are fair enough because of your work experience. Otherwise, Germany normally requires high credentials. It again depends on the kind of college you are looking forward to, like government or private. Government universities are with minimum or no fees whereas private colleges do charge a good amount of fess.

Hi Razi,
Your choice of country and university should be narrowed down by evaluating a number of things such as location, business school reputation, career outcomes, budget and so on. Remember that MBA courses are expensive. Germany and France are somewhat better options but that is my opinion. However, if you get through IESE, IE and ESADE in Spain, consider yourself lucky. Look at the business school websites located in these countries, check QS world ranking for the same and contact the admission advisors for placement assistance and international student status.
Best of luck.

As I have applied last year with a CGPA of 6.5, which is almost equal to you and got admission for MBA in Canada. Foreign universities doesn't only look for your undergraduate CGPA rather it looks for other things like:
1. Your GRE score.
2. How good is your application?
3. Whether you have experience or not.
4. IELTS and TOFEL score and
5. Recommendations and much more things.
So, you can apply and get admission too.
