The GIBS Business School requires standard academic and identity documentation for all applicants, both for PGDM/MBA and BBA programmes, at the time of application and shortlisting. Additionally, these documents need to be submitted for the offer acceptance document verification process.

The following documents will be required for admission into GIBS Business School.

1. Secondary/School Leaving Certificate, Grade 10
2. Pre University Certificate, Grade 12
3. All semesters of your Graduation with the final marks/hec. and Graduation Certificate/Provisional Certificate (In the case of PGDM/ MBA Students).
4. Entrance Exam Scorecard/CAT - MAT - CMAT - XAT - ATMA - GMAT - State CET.
5. Personal Identification: Aadhar, Passport, Voter Id, Driving License (Government Issued IDs).
6. Passport Size Photos (Usually 4-6).
7. Migration certificate (if applicable).
8. Transfer Certificate (TC) from your previous institution (if available).
9. Caste/Income certificate (if applicable to category benefit).
10. Work Experience Proof if applicable (Offer/Relieving/Experience Letter).
11. Final Year/Provisional Graduation Certificate (final year students)
12. Gap Year/Study Leave explanation (if applicable).

These documents will serve as proof of identity, academic eligibility, entrance qualification and category status. Once an applicant is offered enrollment into GIBS Business School, they must submit the original versions of these documents to be verified prior to enrollment at the institution.

For PGDM/MBA admissions at GIBS Business School, applicants can choose from a variety of acceptable entrance exams that GIBS has approved. The types of acceptable entrance exams include:

When assessing candidates for BBA admission, GIBS uses Class 12 merit only; thus, entrance exams are not needed at this level unless specified during a specific admissions cycle.
