If you want to do E-MBA from abroad then you must have around 8-10 years work experience. Just see that you meet the requirements. You can do normal MBA if you have 2-3 years of experience. Regarding specialisation, it has to be your choice but popularly people from IT background either choose general management or even finance and marketing. Depends on your career goals mainly, remember you have to write the MBA essay where you have to mention why you are doing the course. So, know what you want and then decide.

No work experience. You should clear IELTS bands. Then, you can apply easily.

It is better to go for GMAT, as it will open options for Masters from foreign universities. Gaming Development education is good in South Korean, Chinese and Singapore universities. In India also, you can get good institutes for gaming development.

Of course, there are a handful of courses which doesn't require your GMAT or GRE score. There are courses which require more than just your scores in GMAT and GRE. Sometimes, if you are part of the research project during your undergraduate programme, then that would be an added advantage for you or else a work experience will be worthwhile in securing an admission in the university you wish to get admitted.
