How are you?
In today's world, all we want is a high placement from a college. So, prefer the best college for MBA. No matter from where you pursued your Bachelor degree, go for CAT preparation.
If you will be in 99-100 you may get call from IIM. So, go for it.

Well before i answer this thing, i will need to ask these below points :
- Budget
- Future plans
- Eligibility
I strongly recommend this 3 stage formula for a decision making and giving a right direction to your overseas education search.
The same can be illustrated by way of an example of visiting any car dealership and having no realization of your budget, requirements or needs. No Dealership would be able to provide you with the right car without ascertaining these 3 basic elements.

While doing your UG you can start preparing for CAT & other exams. You can solve aptitude questions, prepare for vocabulary, read more and more newspapers, improve your communication skills & interview skills, learn how to appear in gd.
Make time table and divide the preparation for each section of paper.

Yes, GMAT is mandatory and along with GMAT you have to have at least 3 years of work organisation in an organisation and also need to have minimum 6.5 IELTS score and at least a 4 years Bachelor's degree such as engineering or a Master's degree with good academic record.
