There is no cut off score for GMAT because people have hardly applied through it. And along with score they focus very much on the profile. Therefore, with this score if your profile is very good the you stand a good chance or else it will be a little dicy

You can reschedule the GMAT from anywhere in the world through your account created on the official website (http://www.mba.com/india). A rescheduling fee of US$50 is required if you have rescheduled more than 7 calendar days before the scheduled test date. For rescheduling of test within 7 calendar days before the scheduled test date an additional US$250 must be paid. For more details you can check the link mentioned.

There has rarely been instances where people have applied through gmat scores so as of now there is no fixed cut-off but yes they do scan your profile seriously while considering your candidature.

The GMAT is the Graduate Management Admission Test, a standardized test required by the vast majority of Business Schools because it provides a measure of an applicant's academic ability. The GMAT test does not include any questions that judge your business knowledge.

Nothing is easy and tough. A subject will be easy for you if you are prepared for it well. You can appear is both exams.
