Yes you may surely take GMAT exam, as GMAT does not ask for any minimum qualification.
GMAT test is held all-round-the-year. Unlike other exams, you can choose your own date and time for taking the GMAT.
September to December is the high season for GMAT, so in case you intend to take the test during this period, you need to register very early, say 90 days in advance to get a date of your choice.
Now please remember if you wish to pursue MBA from India in that case you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
So as per your profile I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks in graduation.
Now coming to MBA from abroad then please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities abroad , you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
So as per your profile it will be difficult for you to get admission in universities abroad for pursuing MBA program.
