According to Amity university admission guidelines you should have 50% in graduation to apply in MBA programme whether you have good GMAT/CAT/MAT score or not.
If you can provide me your short introduction than I would try to suggest you some other courses.

You can look for PG Diploma in Business and Management which do not require work experience. Vancouver Island University and Thomson River University in Canada also offers MBA without work experience. Please check the websites before you apply. Best of luck.

The preparation period depends from person to person. Some people will have strong mathematical skills but low language skills and vice versa also. Some people will be strong in both so as compared to previous category they require less time for preparation. First, find out your strong and weak areas and plan according to it. Also, dedication and determination matters a lot in your preparation period.
If you are planning to take MBA from US, you need a very high GMAT score which means, very high preparation. If you are strong in both Mathematics and English language, a 3 months of preparation will be enough to crack GMAT.

That is not disclosed by the college but the score as well as the profile is given good weightage. Around 600 should be excellent.

If you are looking for MBA, you must give either GMAT or GRE. There may be GMAT waivers at certain universities and to be eligible for such waivers you must a have vast work experience. You query is actually university specific, you must check directly with the concerned university. Regarding the score, again this is university specific.
