Hi Shrinjay,
To get into one of the best MBA programmes in USA you must score more than 700 in GMAT. An important point to remember is that the universities will evaluate your entire profile/ the whole package and not just the grades. A low GMAT score does not necessarily mean your application will be rejected and a good GMAT score will not guarantee admission. Your extra curricular activities will also matter. Again, most universities in USA requires a four year bachelor degree except the top ones.

Hey
There is no cut off score for GMAT because people have hardly applied through it. And along with score they focus very much on the profile. Therefore, with this score if your profile is very good the you stand a good chance or else it will be a little dicy

There is no difference between people who get admissions through which ever exam them opt for. Once you are in XIMB, there is no difference. It doesn't affect the final placement in any way.

There isn't any course for GM. If you are asking about Business management (BM), last year the National cut-off was 90%ile and domicile cut-off was 80%ile. Please let me know if you have any other queries.

Hi Jonti,
You can reschedule the GMAT from anywhere in the world through your account created on the official website (http://www.mba.com/india). A rescheduling fee of US$50 is required if you have rescheduled more than 7 calendar days before the scheduled test date. For rescheduling of test within 7 calendar days before the scheduled test date an additional US$250 must be paid. For more details you can check the link mentioned.
Hope this helps. Feel free to raise questions.
Wish You Luck!

Hey Rahul,
There has rarely been instances where people have applied through gmat scores so as of now there is no fixed cut-off but yes they do scan your profile seriously while considering your candidature.
