Yes, you can appear for UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) and MPSC (Maharashtra Public Service Commission) exams with a 12th and Diploma qualification. However, these exams typically require a minimum of a bachelor's degree from a recognised university. 
basic requirement for giving UPSC exam is graduation, and your marks don't matter. You can give exam in your final year. 
You can apply for civil services examination if you fulfill following eligibility criteria:

  • You are a graduate in any discipline
  • You must have age between 21 to 32 years

Some nursing colleges may conduct their own entrance exams or interview rounds for selection of candidates.

GNM Admission is primarily conducted through state-specific entrance exams. Also, basic eligibility criteria for GNM Admission is that students must pass class 12, with more than 40% having English as a subject of study. Furthermore, GNM Nursing eligibility criteria may vary slightly from state to state.

WB GNM Nursing Admission is done based on WB ANM-GNM Entrance Exam. States like Kerala, Punjab, and Odisha conduct GNM Admission Process based on a candidate's marks in their previous qualifying exam
