There are a total of 120 seats for the GNM programme at the institute. Candidates are admitted to the course in accordance with the sanctioned seat intake. Kingston Educational Institute reserve the right to revise the seat count. Also, the mentioned seat intake is as per the official website/sanctioning body. Yes, KEI Kolkata accept WB GNM exam score for admission to the Diploma Nursing course. This state-level entrance exam is conducted by the West Bengal Health & Family Welfare Department and West Bengal Joint Entrance Exam Board. The entrance exam include 65 questions in MCQ format. Apart from this, for admission to GNM at KEI, aspirants must have passed Class 12 from a recognised board.

KEI Kolkata GNM fee include various components, such as hostel fee, tuition fee, security deposit, etc. Some of the components are charged annually/semesterly, such as tuition fee. In the following table, the fee components are mentioned along with the amount:

Kingston Educational Institute GNM 2024 registrations are currently ongoing. Aspirants can visit the KEI official website to register and fill out the admission form. The institute has not provided the application deadline as of now. Thus, the aspirants should register and appy as soon as possible.

- Minimum age of admission is 17 years (as on 31st December of that year).
- Candidates must pass Class 12 with English and must have obtained a minimum of 40% aggregate at the qualifying examination from any recognised board.
- Class 12 with English having 40% aggregate in vocational ANM course from the school recognised by Indian Nursing Council.
- Class 12 with English having 40% aggregate in vocational Stream-Health care Science from recognised CBSE Board/ State/Centre.
- Registered ANM with the passing marks.

Yes, you can pursue ANM at the age of 16 years and 4 months. ANM stands for Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery, it is a 2-year Diploma course that focuses on the healthcare sector. For this course, the age maximum limit is set to be 18 yrs, i.e., the candidate's age should not exceed 18 yrs.
However, for GNM and B.Sc Nursing, the age should be between 17-35 yrs. So, you cannot apply for these courses.
