The SSB stage of CDS is comparably more challenging than the written stage. It is tough due to the following reasons:
1. The SSB process lasts for six days, which makes it appear tough to crack.

Yes, there is a height-related criterion to apply for the NDA exam. The minimum height to be eligible for the NDA is as follows:
1. For general candidates, including girls, it is 157 cm.
2. For the Air Force, the minimum height requirement is 162.5 cm.
