UGC approval is applicable for Universities only not on individual college. UGC approved Universities does not required AICTE approval for its courses. While the AICTE approval is mandatory for individual college for running the technical courses. Hence AICTE approval is needed in your case.

Hi,
The eligibility criteria for CDS OTA is that student must be graduate or at least appearing in the final year/semester and the minimum age limit is 19 to apply for CDS 2020. Best of luck!
