No, B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering is not offered by IIIT, Sonepatas. As of now only two specialisatipons are offered:- 

  • CSE (Computer Science and Engineering)
  • IT (Information Technology)

These two are the only options available for undrgraduate and PhD programme.

Yes, Ph.D. in CSE for working professionals is offered at IIIT Sonepat, we sometimes see Ph.D. interns and students working with senior Professors and HODs.

They get their Research Interns either with someone within College Faculty or sometimes even outside like IIT Patna, IIT Delhi etc.
