As of March 28, 2025, The ICFAI University Himachal Pradesh has not yet released the official cutoff for MBA admissions for the academic year 2025-2026. Typically, the university announces the cutoff marks closer to the admission process, which usually begins in April or May.

For reference, the expected cutoff for the previous academic year (2024-2025) was 62% across all categories, including General, OBC, EWS, SC, and ST.

To be eligible for the MBA programme at The ICFAI University Himachal Pradesh, candidates must have completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate marks and have a valid CMAT score or another recognised test score. Candidates awaiting final year examination results are also eligible to apply.

Scholarship programs for undergraduate courses B.Tech and BBA have been started at ICFAI University Himachal Pradesh. Merit Scholarship award checks the score that ranges from above 80 in 10+2 for the awardee to provide a maximum of a 50% fee waiver based on the academic performance.

Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Scholarship covers a scholarship for needy students whose family income is less than INR 5 Lacs a year. It needs proof of the family income to be a part of the research. For SC/ST/OBC candidates, scholarships are often included in the formulations of state government for such category students who are enjoying the concessions. Further, for the domicile students studying in Himachal Pradesh, special scholarship may apply,  

Companies that are top recruiters for B.Tech in The ICFAI University Himachal Pradesh are TCS, Wipro, and Infosys, which usually get graduates from Computer Science and IT-oriented specializations.

Other renowned firms like Larson & Toubro (L&T) hire Civil and Mechanical Engineering students, along with several regional players like HCL and Tech Mahindra. The placement cell of the university provides ample opportunities with phases coming around an average of INR 3-5 Lacs per annum, going up to INR 7-8 Lacs for some top offers.
