First you should choose the subject which is beneficial for you and you have more interest in it. If I talk about scope of these subjects, both subjects contains the largest approachs and application. But I suggest you should take Political Science (Hons). I think it's more helpful to give better knowledge. It will help in career building and in competitive exams scores.
