I would tell you for other departments in MBA like Finance, because you have done B.Com you would know the basics which can also help to boost your career MBA in hospitality is good, but after B.Com is not much good combination.

Reservations are given to caste/category (SC, ST, and OBC). Minority candidates gets aid in financial form (Muslim, Sikh, Bouddha, Jain, Parsi). There are no reservations for minority candidates.
