Yes, you can definitely appear for exams. Exam date is 15th May 2019. It's an aptitude test.

I don't think that there is any course by the specified name you have asked. But, there is a course on tourism and hospitality. I think fees would be around INR. 35 k - INR. 40 k. And, there will be an entrance exam for the admission.

There is no difference between them the new modern name for hotel management is hospitality management.
