You just need to pass +2 in any stream with English as one of the subjects. For Diploma, you can directly go to the institute and ask about the admission process and with a degree from IHM, you need to clear entrance exam and then you will get placed according to your rank.

Hi,
Different service experiences will not help you to get more salary that experience is only for your personal maturity which can help you in performing better. Salary will depend on your capabilities (minimum salary is 12K).

Yes, of course, you can. Either start from the beginning by completing BA/B.Sc Psychology from an accredited university and then completing MA/M.Sc followed by M.phil/Ph.D in the same discipline to get RCI certification or You can directly opt for Master's degree programme since you have already done graduation. However, being a post-graduate course, all candidates who have completed their graduation in same or similar specialisation are eligible for this programme but there are few universities offering post graduation in psychology to non-psychology graduates. Hi Basu, Yes, you can surely go ahead and pursue B.Sc. Course in an IHM as the eligibility is a good rank and class 12th. Since you are a B.A. Graduate, you are eligible. All the best.
