For hotel management, any stream is suitable. But prefer science or commerce as per your interest level because that makes Hotel management subjects easy for you. As it is a mix of Science, accounts and management. All the best for your board exams.

Hi. Don't do hotel management course. Do course in Culinary arts when your very sure you wanna be chef why do you want to earn all the core departments. It is suggested to do Chef courses to specialise in cooking. You have many Diploma courses for the same. I suggest you to check the best one and make the right decision.

Varies from hotel to hotel. Some focuses on technicals, whereas others concentrate on your personality and management skills. It is always better to be prepared to face any type of questions that may be thrown at you. Ensure your basics are strong. Be confident and always keep a smile. You will ace the interview.
