Firstly I prefer NCHM-CT Instituties and If you have good Income u can go for IIHM.

Yes, there is a fee to participate in counseling after the results u can apply for choice filling and locking . After Allotment of seat u have a confirmation letter with fees detail.

Hi, In order to purse 3 Year B.Sc. Hotel Management you need to appear for NCHMCT Joint entrance exam and according to the rank you get in entrance exam you will get IHM Kolkata. There is no provision of interview for admission in 3 year hotel management you will get admission on the basis of entrance exam only. Some of the good institutes are listed below for culinary arts:
1. Institute of Hotel Management, Aurangabad
2. IAM Institute of Hotel Management (IAM - IHM)
3. Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration.
