yes, there are many opportunities you can get once you have completed your MBA.
You can apply by yourself to companies outside India and there are chances you can get placement through your college itself.

You can also read more about the Hospitality Management discipline in general, or about studying in Thailand. Many universities in Thailand offer study programmes taught in English.
