Hi, NIOS certificates are legally valid in all institutes and universities in India. As it is a board under central government like CBSE and CISCE etc. Further the minimum eligibility criteria for BHM from Amity University, Lucknow is 12th passed only. Hence you are eligible.

If that 'random' college gives good education and placement then it's worth. It's better to do in a well known colleges which helps to develop your skills and has good placement history, rather than doing in a random colleges which only * your money.
