I would suggest you to either do a Diploma soon after 10th or consider completing 10+2 and then a Bachelor's degree in hotel and hospitality management. In the mean time, since your interest is very clear, you could consider taking up short courses and hands-on experience in baking. Prepare well for the entrance exams, interview and group discussion if you are planning the Bachelors in hotel management.

Advance Diploma in Culinary Arts.
Diploma in Bakery and Patisserie.

You can certainly apply for the graduate programme abroad. You have to maintain a good academic records and appear for English proficiency of IELTS or TOEFL.

You can go for Assam Institute of Management or IHM Pusa.

You can get a visa if you know anyone in Europe. Someone from there can help you if you know anyone. But you need to have someone from there who can help you out and also try for some consultancy and they may also help you out with this and also you need to clear TOEFL or IELTS.
