For a job in UNICEF, I feel M.A. in International Relations will be better suited as you will be dealing with different people and countries.

Why don't you see Amity University Noida's Amity School of Communication. They shall be taking their own selection tests and subsequent Interview. What is your percentage in class 12th? For applying you need to have minimum 50% to be eligible to apply.
