The merit is that you will be at the top-most position from the beginning only and you will able to take interviews.
Demerit is that only one HR is chosen for a company so competition is tough.

If I specifically talk about the MBA (HRD) courses (not the PGDM / PGDHRM ones), you must look out for the MBA (HRD) programme at Delhi School of Economics (University of Delhi).
Location - Situated at the National Capital, New Delhi, Delhi School of Economics has a geographical advantage over many other B Schools having an MBA (HRD) programme.
Fees - The entire course (2 years)

It is not that much good to do MBA in HRM after completing B.Sc in hospitality and hotel management, you should prefer MBA in hospitality and hotel management. But you can do MBA in HRM also. Hospitality and hotel management has great job opportunities.
