Hi Parag, firstly you should contact some universities and find out if they will consider PGDM for entry into a Ph.D programme. Many universities don't. In that case, they will tell you the requirements. You have to research randomly like contact universities in USA, Australia, New Zealand, UK, etc. and enquire.

Yes, HR is good in ITM. Faculty members of HR department are very much experienced. Pre-placement offers are made to many students at the time of their internship itself with a minimum package of 5-6 LPA.

It is going good, the highest package offered was 13 Lacs. Minimum was around 5 Lacs. The average package is around 6 to 7 lacs.
