MBA in HR have good career prospects in many organizations. They play important role in planning, directing and coordinating admin functions. They look after recruitments, hiring and interviews of new staff.

Hi,
It depends on colleges and universities, and also if you are a fresher package can be of around Rs.4 to Rs.7 lakhs, but if you have a past work experience as well in the related field, then it can go up to Rs.15 to Rs.20 lakhs or more.
It also depends on your performance and interview. There is money in this field and if done right, then you can get good financial success.
