For HR, you would require to pursue MBA and choose HR as a specialisation with MBA, HR is a good option so you can pursue MBA alongside HR. If you're looking for a college to pursue MBA then I can suggest three colleges, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Birla institute of Management and GL Bajaj Institute of Management and Research. Jaipuria Institute and Birla Institute would require your CAT score while GL Bajaj will require your CUET PG score.

NMIMS Mumbai offers a 2-year full-time MBA in Human Resource Management (HRM). To apply, you need a bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks. Having some work experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Admission is done through the NMAT by GMAC exam—only your first attempt score will be considered. After clearing the NMAT, you'll go through a competency test and a personal interview. Your academic record and work experience will also be considered during the final selection. The usual NMAT cut-off for MBA-HRM is around 209. The total course fee is about INR 11.95 lakhs. Applications usually start in August and end by October, and the

VNSGU offers specialised HR programs: a 2-year M.A. in Human Resource Management & Labour Relations, and a 1-year PG Diploma in HRM. The M.A. programme delves into HR practices and labor laws, while the Diploma provides foundational HR knowledge. VNSGU doesn't offer a traditional MBA in HR. For broader business acumen and strategic roles, an MBA in HR is preferable; for focused HR expertise, VNSGU's specialised programs are ideal.

When you're faced with choosing between HR and international business, it depends on your career goals. If you're passionate about people, workplace culture, and talent management, HR is your path. If you're drawn to global markets, cross-border strategy, and international trade, then International Business is a great fit.

The good part is that you don't always have to choose just one. With dual specializations available, students can explore both domains effectively. At Chandigarh University, for instance, you can opt for an MBA in Human Resources and an MBA in International Business together, opening doors to both domestic and global
