- Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree or an equivalent degree in any discipline from an accredited university or other organisation with a minimum cumulative GPA of 50%.
- Scores from national admission tests like the CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, and others are taken into consideration by several MBA colleges in India that offer PGDM in Human Resources. Candidates must achieve the minimum standards specified by the aforementioned colleges.

A PGDM in HR dives further into human capital management, whereas a normal PGDM offers a more comprehensive view of company processes. It focuses on particular HR subjects, theories, and procedures that are necessary for efficient personnel management and corporate culture.

The fee structure for an MBA at Kochi Business School is somewhat around Rs 370000. It will, however, be slightly different. This includes Rs 50000 as admission fee and Rs 320000 as tuition fee. The hostel fees would cost about Rs 3500 per month, and on the basis of actual usage, additional payment is required to the mess. This data might vary so it is better to contact the college directly.
