You can pursue Human Resources Management even if you're not into maths. HRM focuses on people management and organizational strategy rather than complex calculations. The eligibility criteria for admission to an MBA in Human Resources at Kochi Business School require a bachelor's degree from a recognised university with at least 50% marks.
Candidates must have a valid score in entrance exams like KMAT, CMAT, CAT, or MAT. Final-year students can also apply, but they must provide proof of graduation within the specified time. Candidates seeking admission to PGDM in Human Resource Management are required to secure a minimum XAT percentile of 95 for male engineers. For female engineers, the XLRI HRM cutoff 2025 is 90. These are the interview cutoffs released officially for PGDM courses of XLRI based on gender and engineering/tech and non-engineering backgrounds.
