You can pursue Human Resources Management even if you're not into maths. HRM focuses on people management and organizational strategy rather than complex calculations. Basic quantitative skills are somewhat helpful. They are not the primary focus. Many HR roles involve soft skills like communication and problem-solving.

The eligibility criteria for admission to an MBA in Human Resources at Kochi Business School require a bachelor's degree from a recognised university with at least 50% marks.

Candidates must have a valid score in entrance exams like KMAT, CMAT, CAT, or MAT. Final-year students can also apply, but they must provide proof of graduation within the specified time. Work experience is not mandatory but may be preferred. Shortlisted candidates may have to attend a personal interview and then we will be notified whether we will be selected or not .

Yes, you can pursue MBA in HR Management after completing BMLT course.

While your undergraduate degree is in Science field, an MBA in HR Management focuses on business administration and human resources so make sure to check the criteria and transition your skills to HR management.

Candidates seeking admission to PGDM in Human Resource Management are required to secure a minimum XAT percentile of 95 for male engineers. For female engineers, the XLRI HRM cutoff 2025 is 90. These are the interview cutoffs released officially for PGDM courses of XLRI based on gender and engineering/tech and non-engineering backgrounds.
