Human resources managers plan, direct and coordinate the administrative functions of an organisation. You can do MBA in HR or PGDM course. Many institute offer this programme. Good luck!

Now it is depend on your interest area.

IBS Jaipur is also good. IBS Jaipur provides MBA certificate. Other IBS branches such as Gurgaon, Bangalore, Pune and Mumbai give PGPM certificates. IBS Pune usually gets highest number of placements done with good packages.

I think for placements, BBA HR is better than BBA.

Perhaps this college doesn't provide dual specialisation.

There are some universities that offer interdisciplinary research opportunities. The NorthCap University Gurugram Haryana offers part time Ph.D. programme and faculty there would guide you to undertake your Ph.D. selecting a topic such that your learning at Masters can be put to good use for your Ph.D. One example I can give is you could select topic like 'Motivation" in respect of sales personnel. While you are doing it on Marketing people, the topic is heavily oriented to HRM. But you should have strong reason for such interdisciplinary research.
