There are some universities that offer interdisciplinary research opportunities. The NorthCap University Gurugram Haryana offers part time Ph.D. programme and faculty there would guide you to undertake your Ph.D. selecting a topic such that your learning at Masters can be put to good use for your Ph.D. One example I can give is you could select topic like 'Motivation" in respect of sales personnel. While you are doing it on Marketing people, the topic is heavily oriented to HRM. But you should have strong reason for such interdisciplinary research.

Yes, several institutions provide choices for areas of interest for students which includes finance, marketing, HRM, operations, etc. Specialised areas are also offered like BBA in digital marketing and BBA in business analytics offered from this year by School of Management, The NorthCap University Gurugram Haryana.

Hi,In order to apply for any university, you need to open their web site and click on the Apply and the admission procedure will start. MBA has an entrance exam in Babasaheb Bhim RAo Ambedkar university, so check the dates for the entrance exams. It will be followed by an interview. You can check other good universities as an alternative. Like these days due to covid some universities like LPU are taking interviews on skype and the test will be held at a later date when the government allows. You can check Symbiosis too.
