Gujarat Technological University (GTU) does offer an Online MBA in International Business, but no online MA for that specialization.
GTU has no record of offering an MA in International Business in online mode.

College Timings (All Streams, including FY? B.A.)
Monday to Friday: 9:00? a.m. – 3:30? p.m.
Saturday: 9:00? a.m. – 12:00? p.m.
FY? B.A. first-year programs typically follow these same timings. Most courses run Monday–Friday until mid-afternoon, with shorter sessions on Saturday.

After admission confirmation, IGNOU usually generates enrollment numbers within 4–8 weeks.
Since you applied in January, you should have received it by now.

For N.R.?Bhagat College (Arts, Science & Commerce), the closing rank in the first round was approximately 833. This means candidates within the top ~833 in the merit list secured a B.A. seat in this round .
