Dr. Abdul Haq Urdu University takes the Andhra Pradesh PGCET (Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Common Entrance Test) for MSW admission into the institution. This entrance examination tests students about their performances in the school and also forms part of the intake process. While this is the main entrance test conducted by the university, admission to specific programs might incorporate scores obtained from other similar entrance examinations, such as APICET.
