I think you can but you have only mentioned your IELTS score, so difficult to get what you are planning to study, your percentage etc. Even if your IELTS is bit low there are English language pathway courses by Australian universities. You have to find information. On university websites. Also, the admission requirements are different with every university and programme.

Maximum Universities in UK requires 7 or more for Masters Studies. Both IDP and British Council are equally popular, cannot provide any comparison. If you want to study in UK, British Council is recommended. IDP is preferred for Australia etc. But, this is a general belief. Both are equally accepted as mentioned. You may check student reviews on the net.

MBA eligibility in the universities you mentioned is a good Bachelor's degree, 2-3 years of solid work experience and a very good GMAT score plus strong LOR, essays etc. NUS and NTU are extremely competitive, 570 GMAT seems quite low for admission in these universities. Average recommended GMAT is 680+. Besides these universities you will find a few foreign university campuses and private colleges offering MBAs from foreign universities which you can look up.
