It is quite difficult because the minimum band required for Masters is 6.5, but maybe it is possible in some Universities you should contact any good consultancy, they provide you full details regarding admission and helps you in selecting the colleges.

Here you have mentioned the academic profile of yours. Your scores are good GRE could have been better). You said that you have 12 months of work experience too that + point.
