Indian students may or may not need to provide valid language test scores such as IELTS & TOEFL based on their first language of education in past academics being English or not.

Students with first language of past education being English are not required to submit language test scores.

However, Indian students whose first language of education was not English, must satisfy the test scores listed below:

Getting a 7 in IELTS is possible, but it is not very easy. Candidates need a good understanding of English — especially in speaking, writing, reading, and listening. If a candidate practice regularly, learn the test format, and improve the grammar and vocabulary, he/she can definitely achieve a 7 or even higher. It takes hard work and smart preparation, but many students reach this score with proper effort.

A pre-masters helps you to improve your language skills and prepares you for your chosen master's programme by further improving your knowledge of the subject more than what is taught in the UG degree.
