No, sadly, it is very difficulty for you to get into NITs or IIITs with 86.48 prcentile. Even if you are from OBC category, the said percentile is still less for getting into NITs or IIITs. The competition is too high that the cutoffs are exceeding 90s for such institutions.

The overall percentile required for the BTech programme iin IIIT Napur is around 75% (65% for SC/ST/PwD) in Class 12 or be within the category-wise top 20 percentile in his/her respective Class 12 board examination.
