JEE Main Round 6, has been released for admission to the BTech courses. As per IIIT Trichy JEE Main cutoff 2023, the Round 6 closing rank was 28888 for General category candidates in All India quota for Computer Science Engineering. For female candidates in general category under All India quota, 35114 was the closing rank. BTech cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.

IIIT Trichy accepts admission on the basis of JEE Main. Therefore candidates must watch out for JEE Main ranks in order to qualify the exam. Find below the cutoff rank for JEE Main for the consecutive years:

Candidates are required to apply through the JEE Main and JoSAA for admission to the BTech programme. Candidate who successfully get sadmission through JoSAA must submit the below mentioned documnets in the IIIT Trichy's google form:
- Downloaded copy of Provisional Allotment letter
- Proof of Institute balance fee paid
- Proof of hostel fee paid to the Institut
- Aadhaar card/ Passport/ Any government ID proof
- Downloaded Score Card with rank of JEE (Main)-2023 issued by NTA
- Transfer Certificate / leaving certificate from school last studied
- Mark sheet of qualifying examination (12th Mark Sheet)
- Class X (High School) Board Certificate as proof o
