The shorting and selection criteria for IIM Ahmedabad admission 2024 is divided into various stage. The first stage is Preliminary screening of candidates for the further admission process. CAT 2023 will be having three sections, Quantitative Ability, Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning and Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC). The IIM Ahmedabad does not release the cutoff information for the Post Graduate Program in Management for Executives (MBA-PGPX) program.

The cutoff is based on a different number of factors, including the GMAT/GRE score, work experience, academic record, and interview performance.

IIM Ahmedabad admission 2025 to the MBA course is offered through CAT 2024 scores followed by the Analytical Writing Test (AWT) & Personal Interview (PI). The Institute does not release the final CAT cutoff publicly and is only accessible through account login to those candidates who appear in the CAT exam. However, it is estimated that the final CAT cutoff percentiles usually range around 98-100 percentiles for top IIMs, including IIM Ahmedabad. Dear aspirants,
cutoff information for Master of Business Administration (MBA) at IIM Ahmedabad:
CAT 2022 cutoff has declined down to 80 percentile with sectional cut off around 70 which is much lower than last year.

A score of around 90 percentile should definitely invoke a call provided academics are good (above 85% throughout). A background in agriculture/allied sector would give a slight advantage over other candidates provided one meets other requirements. However over the past few years there have been almost an equal strength of non-agri background students. Ideally if other conditions met, percentile should not fall below 85. Even if it fetches 80, there would be low chances of conversion, unless one is exceptionally good. So a percentile of 90 or above is a safe one.
