Definitely, Africans can study in India. There are a lot of scholarship programs available for international students that they can avail and get graduated without spending a lot of funds. Nowadays there are a lot of universities that provide opportunities to international students in India. I know one such college which welcomes everyone around the globe. Its PCTE Group of Institute situated in Ludhiana, Punjab. They have 250 international students studying from 42 different countries like Tanzania, Nigeria, Zambia, Cameroon, Mozambique, The Gambia to name a few from African Continent. The college also facilitates English-speaking courses for French-speaking Africans so that they can communicate easily. PCTE focuses on the overall development of its students be it national or international. There are a lot of activities and hands-on experience that is provided. PCTE makes sure that every student at the college no matter from where gets the same treatment. In fact, the faculty have been told to communicate in English while teaching so that no one faces any issue with the language barrier. Not only this, they organize different festivals from their culture stating it as International students week to make them feel comfortable. It doesn't seem like a different community here, as education has no face or language.
