If you want the LL.B. Degree merely to add qualifications then it's okay and can be done from Annamalai University (DDE). But if you want the degree to practice as a lawyer then LL.B. From distance education is not valid. According to the guidelines of BCI ( bar council of India) no body can practice as a lawyer who passes LL.B. Through distance education.

BBA is an enterprising course. Candidates who want to appear for the different exams can also have their exam preparation when they opt for BBA as the option which you take for cracking a national level exam is embedded in the BBA curriculum as I know about LPU where this is done. So that you are ready not only for placements but also for national level exams. So as important it is the need for the college too is important. You can browse through the college websites of Dronacharya, MDI, XLRI, LPU to check the academics has been awarded the NEST Placements for 2020 and is one awarded as the 2nd best B school

You have not mentioned your score card. You need to pursue your Masters from an institution which would give worth to your Masters degree, that is a college which has research facilities too. You can brows the sites of Miranda, Xavier's, LPU to check the academic excellence of good faculty, infrastructure, live projects, seminars, exposure, platform, scholarships, placements etc. LPU also provides special aids for research work too. The online admissions are on so better be fast in deciding. All the Best !
