I don't know about many colleges and universities in Punjab. But, there is one college named PCTE Group of Institutes that I could recommend you for your post-graduation, I in fact have done my Masters from PCTE Group of Institutes and the college is known to provide practical exposure to its students that's the reason its students have bagged 43 University gold medal in the University examination. My journey for 2 years at PCTE has been amazing be it academically as we were given practical experience or in exploring other skills. PCTE works a lot on its students whether it is on their communication skills or in increasing the confidence by sending the students on nationwide competitions, or how to have a professional code of conduct, to being aware of what is happening globally, understanding the concepts by providing hands on experience and the list goes on, the college always wanted us to standout. Having said that PCTE has not only prepared us for the outer world but has provided great placement opportunities where the maximum package is 10 lacs and the average is 6.5 Lacs with 300+ job offers and more than 130 companies visiting campus every year. Having said that the college is affiliated to the government university keeping the fees reasonable. PCTE provides a variety of courses that you could choose from depending on your interest. Interestingly, you also would not need to worry for seeking a job as the college provides campus placements as well. PCTE has a lush green campus with students studying from 42 different nations, where you don't even have to go out of your country to experience a global environment you get it here at PCTE!
