Although to get into these colleges, one would need to crack their entrance exams. So if you are an average student with average grades, you can go for CRVU Bilaspur (https://www.cvru.ac.in/), as it is really good for engineering.

90+ marks are considered as NATA cutoff for various government colleges.
300+ marks are considered as JEE Mains paper 2 cutoff for NITs and government colleges.

MIT, Pune fills its seat via 2 ways one is through MHT-CET and the other is from JEE Mains, in MHT-CET, you need to score around 140-150 marks to get a good branch there and in JEE Mains, you need to score above 160 to get some branches there.
